Extra weight for more advanced riders can be added by using with the original Equisole for a total of just over 5 pounds of gravitational pull.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe do not recommend walking long distances in the Equisole EX. If you struggle with very tight hip flexors you may only want to work at the walk for your first few times riding. The insole may creep forward when putting your foot in your boot. Simply shake the boot with the boot toe facing up to keep it in the heel.
